A Nica style open plan villa with pool (that’s actually big enough to swim in! – 15m long) overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Set in a tropical forest at Balcones de Majagual, Casa Francesca is a private villa that sleeps 4 people en suite and 2 on sofa bed. Just 12km north of SJDS, and a ten minute walk to the beach.
Please note that Casa Francesca is located in a tropical forest. Don’t be surprised if you see the occasional scorpion, a large spider, or even a snake. The important thing to remember is that you don’t fall prey to any of these, so if you don’t interfere with them, they won’t hurt you.
Mandatory to access the French house on the Balcones Majagual estate is a 4×4 car. Parking space right outside the house. Access to certain beaches in the rainy season is also a must, when you may have to drive along a river at about 20 meters.
